Recently, Fuxi Energy successfully completed the first batch production of its self-developed Extended-Range Energy Storage System, which has been delivered to Geoharbour Group’s Dalian Airport construction project. This milestone marks a significant step forward for the company in the field of ground-based energy storage. The Extended-Range Energy Storage System incorporates advanced energy management technology and a high-efficiency, safety-focused battery platform, offering high energy density, long cycle life, and rapid response capabilities. It is well-suited for applications in high-power construction machinery.

At the Dalian Airport project site, the system provided efficient and energy-saving auxiliary power for vibro stone column machines. Working in tandem with diesel generators, it enabled intelligent power regulation. This innovative setup delivered clear benefits: the project was able to utilize smaller-capacity diesel generators, reducing rental costs, while optimizing generator performance to keep them operating at peak efficiency. Field tests showed fuel savings of approximately 30% on high-power vibro stone column operations, significantly cutting fuel consumption and achieving cost reduction and energy savings.

This breakthrough not only demonstrates Fuxi Energy’s strong R&D and mass production capabilities in energy storage but also highlights its unique advantages in specialized applications. Moving forward, Fuxi Energy’s solutions can be applied to green construction sites, oilfield pumping units, and offshore drilling platforms, providing reliable and efficient power to help customers meet energy-saving and emission-reduction goals.
